1.2  Structure

Using the table moving, fixed beam, gantry frame structure, double column sitting on both sides of the bed layout form.

1.3 Spindle box

The spindle box adopts 350×350 square sliding pillow, z-axis guide pair is roller linear guide, two at the back, one at the left and one at the front, to ensure smooth cutting and accuracy during processing.

Z axis driver--The servo motor is directly connected with the ball screw through the coupling. The ball screw drives the spindle box to move up and down on the saddle to realize z-axis feed. The Z-axis motor is equipped with automatic locking function. In case of power failure, the automatic locking lock holds the motor shaft tightly so that it cannot turn.

The spindle group is produced by a professional Taiwan factory, with high precision and high performance. The spindle grasps the tool by using the butterfly spring on the spindle to act on the pull stud of the tool handle through the four-petal claw broach mechanism with the tension force.  

1.4 Frame structure

(1) The worktable includes the columns, beams, saddles, head stocks and other large parts are all made by high-strength cast iron materials and resin sand. These large parts are optimized by computer three-dimensional software, and the panels are arranged reasonably to improve the rigidity of the large parts .

(2) The X-axis guide pair of the table adopts imported heavy-duty linear rolling guide, with small friction coefficient, high sensitivity of the table, small high-speed vibration, low speed without crawling, high positioning accuracy and excellent servo driving performance; At the same time, the bearing capacity is large, cutting anti-vibration performance is good, can improve the performance characteristics of the machine tool, improve the accuracy and precision stability of the machine tool and the service life of the machine.

(3) X-axis drive -- the servo motor drives the table to move forward and backward on the bed through the direct connection between the coupling and the ball screw, so as to realize the X-axis feed movement and pre stretch the screw to improve the stiffness of the screw pair.

1.9 protection

The bed rail (X axis) of the machine tool adopts a rust-proof metal telescopic protective cover; the beam rail (Y axis) adopts an organ type protection; the machine tool adopts a semi-enclosed protection to prevent iron filings and coolant splashing, so that the operator is safe Work in a comfortable environment.
